Idomeneo

A new production of Idomeneo, a co-production for Opera Australia and Victorian Opera. The production uses a re-purposed set which was originally designed by Michael Yeargan for OA’s 1989 production of Werther. Directed by Lindy Hume, costumes by Anna Cordingley, lighting by Verity Hampson and projections by Dave Bergman. The production premiered in the Palais theatre in July and will be presented again in OA’s Sydney summer season in 2024
