For the 1978 Adelaide Festival and presented in the Playhouse at the Adelaide Festival Centre. Directed by Colin George,  Artistic Director of the South Australian Theatre Company. Costumes and masks were designed by celebrated English stage designer Tania Moiseivitch. Lighting by Nigel Levings.
